MANUFACTURING

Geely has vehicle and powertrain manufacturing facilities all over China in places such as Hangzhou, Ningbo, Taizhou, Chengdu, Jinzhong, and Xi'an. Geely currently uses these facilities to produce a full range of models, including SUVs, sedans, and crossovers.

The super-connected 5G factory has the capacity of rolling out 30 cars in a hour (1 car in 2 minutes) with the help of automated robots that make everything run smoothly without interruptions.

The factory is fully automated thanks to various devices and cloud services to monitor inventory levels and production status. If inventory is running low, the robots will activate and deliver the relevant parts.

The black light factory in Xi'an does not require manual operation, all of which is handed to robots that make sure the production is smooth and without interruptions.

In addition to CMA-based products, the factory can also produce SEA-based products, covering different models of pure electric, hybrid, and traditional fuel vehicles.
